Request for Proposal: 2027 Uniforms and Team Apparel

Dear Vendor,

The Waterloo Minor Baseball Association is currently accepting proposals from qualified companies to supply our uniforms and team apparel for the 2027 season.

Request for Proposal (RFP) detailing the requirements, specifications, and submission guidelines is located here to download Waterloo Minor Baseball, Uniform and Apparel RFP August 2026.

If you are interested in submitting a proposal, please complete the attached RFP and return it via email to amy.strauss@waterloominorbaseball.ca no later than October 2, 2026.

RFP Timeline

The following timeline is proposed for the 2027 procurement process and may be adjusted by WMBA:

• RFP Issued: August 26, 2026
• Vendor Questions Deadline: September 18, 2026
• Proposal Submission Deadline: October 2, 2026
• Evaluation Period: October 3, 2026-October 19, 2026
• Vendor Selection and Notification: October 20, 2026-October 23, 2026
• Anticipated Contract Start: October 23, 2026 – 2026 / 2027 Season
