Rajeev Kudsia (aka Reggie) has been involved in baseball in the Waterloo region for most of his life. He grew up and played in Kitchener for 17 years including 3 season in the IBL with the Kitchener Panthers.  He has coached for 15 years at all ages and all levels.   His focus is on fun, individual development and building a positive team culture.
