This is the post everyone has been asking for, the wait is finally over!

To register for the 2026 Tryouts please click here.  Remember you need to register before attending tryouts and if you live outside our boundaries, you will need to have a release in hand before you can step on the field.  The exception is to this rule is if you played for a Waterloo Rep team during the 2025 Season you do not require a second release.  There are penalties for violating the OBA/ICBA Release rules.  Any questions let me know.

Waterloo boundaries are as follows: City of Waterloo and New Hamburg

All dates are for T1 and T2 team selections, Select tryouts will occur following the Tier tryouts.  WMBA encourages everyone to tryout for Rep baseball.  To play on a Select Team in Waterloo, you will need to play in the 2026 KW House League, spots will be held in HL.

16U Clarification – Pay the 18U Registration Fee – You are eligible to tryout to both 16U and 18U Teams, tryout for 16U as the coaches for both levels will be present for both tryouts.

2026 Tryout Dates

There will be four tryout dates per level, except for 16U.  At the end of the 4 dates, you could be offered a place on a T1 or T2 team.  You have to attend at least 2 tryouts, and you have to attend the first or second dates.  If there are conflicts, ie travel, fall ball it will need to be addressed with Coaches running the tryouts.

All dates are September, if weather causes cancellations we will add as needed the following weekend.

8U/9U – Select Tryouts are complete

10U/11U – Select Tryouts are complete

12U/13U – Postponed until 2026

14U/15U – No Head Coach

16U/18U – No Head Coach

Rep Tryouts

8U – Rep Tryouts are complete

9U – Rep Tryouts are complete

10U – Rep Tryouts are complete

11U – Rep Tryouts are complete

12U – Rep Tryouts are complete

13U – Rep Tryouts are complete

14U – Rep Tryouts are complete

15U – Rep Tryouts are complete

16U – Rep Tryouts are complete

18UT2 – Rep Tryouts are complete
