I grew up playing through the ranks in Guelph all the way to the Silvercreeks (Jr IBL) and high school (St. James HS). I played for the 1998 Canadian National Champions Brock University as a relief pitcher. I have been coaching/consulting in baseball for over 20 years. I will be the Head Coach for the Tier 1 U9 Waterloo Baseball Program for the 2021-22 Season.

I am a Sports Chiropractor (specialization in sports injuries and athletic development). My area of expertise and research is in pitching biomechanics and throwing injuries. I have collaborated with various organizations including Canadian Athletic Coaching Centre, American Sports Medicine Institute, and Major League Baseball (Toronto Blue Jays, Arizona Diamondbacks, Baltimore Orioles) with research on injury prevention and pitching performance.

I am an assistant Pitching Coach and Director of Player Development for the University of Waterloo Baseball Program under the direction of Head Coach Ben Norris. I am head of Player Development for the new Kitcher-Waterloo Bearcats Elite Baseball Program. I also consultant with a wide spectrum of levels in baseball both in high performance and medical: Kitchener Minor Baseball Association, Elite Ontario, regional, OUA, US collegiate, and professional.
